SKJB Szybkowski Kuźma Jeleń Brzoza-Ostrowska advised the investor, Lublin East, on obtaining a loan to refinance the completed part of the warehouse park, which ultimately consists of 5 buildings with a total area of 108,000 s.q.m, as well as to finance the construction of the final stage of this project. 7R Park Lublin" is a complex of modern warehouses located in the industrial area of Lublin, near to the S12 and S19 expressways, where the latest ecological solutions have been applied, including energy efficiency, and the logistics centre has been awarded the BREEAM certificate.
On the SKJB side, the negotiations were conducted by advocate Aleksandra Szykulska (senior associate), supported by Tomasz Ciszyński (associate), and the project was supervised by advocate Agnieszka Kuźma (partner).
