SKJB law firm advised ATMAN on the acquisition of land in Duchnice near Ożarów Mazowiecki for the construction of a data centre with a target capacity of 43 MW and approximate collocation surface of 19,000 sq. m. The transaction was led by Agnieszka Kuźma (Partner, advocate) and Natalia Styś (Associate, legal counsel).
ATMAS has a 15% share of the data centre market in Poland and the purchased land will be the third Warsaw data centre of this operator.
