SKJ Szybkowski Kuźma Jeleń advised DWS on its purchase from Torus of the Neon Office building. Wojciech Szybkowski, partner, led the SKJ transactional team. Anna Jeleń, partner, led the SKJ team advising on acquisition financing. The other key members of the SKJ team were Piotr Brzózka, senior associate, Aleksandra Szałacha, associate, and Aleksandra Mielniczuk, associate.

Torus has sold the fourth and final stage of the Alchemia business complex in Gdańsk - the Neon office building. The buyer is DWS, a global real estate investment manager, acting on behalf of one of its German real estate funds. The net value of the transaction is over EUR 80 million.

The building has over 35 thousand sq. m. of leasable area, including 33.5 thousand sq. m. of offices and slightly more than 1.5 thousand sq. m. of services. The Neon building is LEED-certified at the highest, Platinum level.

Torus is one of the leaders among Polish office real-estate developers.

The sale of Neon is the second highest transaction in Torus’ history in terms of value, and one of the largest in the history of the Tricity office market.
