SKJ advised Projekt 2010 sp. z o.o. on the sale of Baszta shopping centre in Radomsko.
Our legal advice included complex preparation and execution of the entire process of sale from the organisation of due diligence materials, establishment and management of the VDR to the preparation of the preliminary agreement, the final sale agreement to the negotiations and handing over of the facility to the new owner.
The transaction structure also included the contractual pre-emption right of the third party.
We are glad that even though the situation is difficult for the retail sector due to the pandemic we managed to complete such a transaction.
We wish the new owner good luck as it has lots of ideas and plans for this facility.
