SKJ team advised the Polish investor on a warehouse investment which will be executed in Lublin. The project includes approx. 120 000 sqm of a modern warehouse area.
The SKJ's comprehensive legal advice included full due diligence, advice on the development management agreement, advice on the key agreements for the execution and commercialisation of the investment, as well as advice on the acquisition of shares in SPV established for the purpose of this investment and advice on the purchase of land for investment.
SKJ works were supervised by Agnieszka Kuźma (advocate, partner). The team consisted of Damian Gadomski, Urszula Krupa, Aleksandra Szałacha and Katarzyna Boryń.
